Peanut Butter Power Bites

1 jar (16 oz) natural peanut butter
1 ¼ cups honey (about 16 oz)
2 scoops chocolate protein powder (whey or soy)
3 cups rolled oats

Directions:

1.    Mix peanut butter and honey, add protein powder, mix well.
2.    Add rolled oats and mix through.  
3.    Press into a 9 x 13 pan, refrigerate 1 hour.  
4.    Cut into squares and enjoy.

Keeps best in refrigerator or freezer.
